PROCESSING & SHIPPING

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Once a tracking number is provided, FACNAK'D is no longer responsible for the order. Any delays, damages, lost, or stolen packages must be resolved through the carrier (USPS).
  • Orders are processed Monday through Thursday (excluding Fridays, weekends, and holidays).
  • Shipping time is 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Please Note:

  • Expect possible delays during peak seasons or holidays due to high order volumes.

  • We do not ship or process orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
